Target is at 90% off Christmas Seasonal Items. Most items that are seasonal are automatically rigning up at 90% off. How do you calculate 90%?

Easy take the entire amount (e.g., 129.99) remove the last digit and you have $12.99 as the final cost.

-- Claire's is having their 10 items for $10 sale.
-- CVS is at 75% off in some store locations (even it shows 50% -- double check as they may be ringing up at 75% or even the rare 90% off)
-- Bath Body Works has a great clearance sale, too.
